Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment

Elite Environmental & Tank Testing Services provides phase 1 assessments. In this assessment, adjoining properties will be reviewed and a past and present use of the property will be studied. Authorized parties are given confidential reports that include all findings, environmental concerns and a recommended course of action with a site diagram of the properties and their adjoining properties.

Information and site samples are collected during the assessment. Some of the items that are collected include:

Groundwater oil storage tank size and locations
Lead paint samples
Soil or groundwater sales
Suspect asbestos-containing material
Well water samples

Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment

This assessment is carried out for the identification and verification of the absence, presence and extent of a site's recognized environmental conditions based on the past and present usage of the site. Various sampling techniques and means are used in this assessment, such as surface soil samples, soil gas sampling, subsurface soil and groundwater samples from boring and monitoring wells, surface water samples, pond sediment sampling, drinking water samples, drum testing and tank testing.

Our documents are properly preserved, documented and sent for analysis to a state-certified laboratory. The results for the testing will be in a comprehensive and easy-to-read report with explanations for the sampling protocols and procedure used, analytical results, drawings and digital photographs.
